A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of post-qualification experience in finalization of accounts of various Banks and PSUs, Suresh Goyal is the founder and leader of SSRA group.
He has been offering advisory services in finance domain with special focus on Assurance, Banking, Project Finance, Corporate restructuring, Taxation, Foreign Exchange, Public Issues and Takeovers. He has extensive experience in Management Consultancy services with the Corporate and Non Corporate houses in India and abroad.

Ashish K Srivastava is a Certified Financial Analyst/Risk Analyst and MBA having rich experience of more than 22 years in the field of Banking and Infrastructure Financing domain. He is a Director-Infrastructure, Asia Arab Chamber of Commerce consisting of a Group of 38 Countries represented by respective Government nominees. He has expertise on Infrastructure project planning and strategy, Implementation, Operation and Maintenance, Supervision and Management Consultancy, PPP Structuring, Financing Mechanism, Financing Modeling and Analysis, Regulatory Reviews, Bid Advisory and Bid Process Management, Business Advisory, Valuation, Preparation of DPR, Refinancing and Debt Syndication etc
Vaibhav Gupta
Vaibhav Gupta is a fellow member of the ICAI and a Company Secretary. He is a Director at En Pointe Adwisers and leads the Direct Tax and Valuation practice domain of his firm. He has worked with international consulting firms for more than a decade before venturing into own consulting firm and has about two decades of post qualification experience in corporate tax, international taxation, transaction tax advisory and business restructurings along with valuations, compliance and regulatory matters. His experience includes advising on transaction structuring including demergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital restructuring, promoter shareholding, family settlements, advice on technical collaborations, cross border taxation like inbound and outbound investment structures etc.
Vikas Agarwal
As a Chartered Accountant, Vikas Agarwal has over 30 years’ experience with large corporates and consulting. He was earlier leading Group Finance Operations of a large Conglomerate and made significant contributions in growing it from SME operations to an Ultra Cash/Asset rich global organization engaged in diversified businesses including Oil & Gas, BPO & Oil Field Services. His key experience includes listing two group companies on London Stock Exchange, IPO of logistic company in India, raising of multibillion USD through debt/equity, setting up an investment fund of over $ 1 Billion assets, and shaping strategic direction of various businesses including setting up a BPO company from scratch and building the same to over 15,000 employee organization
Vikas Chandra Gupta
Vikas Chandra Gupta is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience and having expertise in turning around companies. Currently he is practicing as a Chartered Accountant. He has been involved in fund raising from banks and institutions for term loans and working capital loans (fund based and non-fund based), and cost control exercise. He has handled various positions like Commercial Head, Project Operations Head, Network Commercial Head and SCM Head for different regions and segments at Reliance Communications. Early in his career, he managed to raise a fund Rs. 600 crores from FI’s and Banks and streamlined operations of accounts.
