Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism

M/s Skycap Investment Private Limited (“The Company”) will undertake the following Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism to safeguard the interest of its investors:

  1. For any grievance against the Company, the investor can contact the Compliance Officer at the Registered Office of the Company, or send an email at grievances@skycapinvestment.com or call on the number +91 – 9711595270.
  1. Any grievance received should be resolved promptly but not later than 30 working days of receipt thereof. Any delay should be communicated to the investor within reasonable time.
  1. The Company shall maintain the records regarding investor grievances received by it and redressal of the same.
  1. The Company should keep record of information about the number of investor grievances received, redressed and those remaining unresolved beyond three months of receipt thereof by the Company & furnish the same in the half yearly report to be submitted by merchant bankers as per SEBI (Merchant Banking) Regulations.
  1. Sometimes the response received may not be satisfactory. Therefore, investors should know as to which authority they should approach to get their complaints redressed. In such case the investor can approach Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
